Personal Concierge Members

Standard Membership

£475 per month

Offering regular support and a trusted local presence.

Includes:

  • 4 scheduled visits per month (up to 4 hours each)

  • Companionship visits, walks and outings

  • Errands and everyday organisation

  • Light home organisation and tidying

  • Gardening support or coordination

  • Trades and maintenance coordination

  • Phone and email support

  • Priority scheduling

Ideal for clients who may want reliable, familiar support once a week.

Premier Membership

£795 per month

For complete reassurance and enhanced oversight.

Includes:

  • 2 x Weekly visits (up to 4 hours)

  • Everything on the standard membership

  • Same-day requests where possible

  • Named concierge contact

Ideal for clients who may want more regular assistance. Also ideal for second-home owners, families living elsewhere, or clients who want ongoing peace of mind.

Additional services

  • Extra time: £40 per hour

  • One-off projects: quoted

  • Trade coordination: 10–15%
